Layers of coated abrasive on a supported backing. A new abrasive surface becomes visible as the disc wears, ensuring consistent performance throughout the disc’s lifetime. The abrasives are available in four coatings: aluminum oxide, zirconia, silicon carbide, and ceramic aluminum oxide; two profiles (angled and flat); and two backing types (fiber and nylon).

The range is suitable for a wide variety of applications and materials, including wood, paint, metals, and stone. The D-63797 can last up to 10 times longer than a conventional disc. They are lightweight and finely finished.

D-63797 is suitable for use on stainless steel, metal, and stainless steel.
